At Geboren Zwemmers, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to be safe in and around the water. But we can’t do it alone. For that reason, we do not only focus on offering survival swimming lessons. No, we also offer the possibility to become a Aquatic Selfrescue Specialist yourself! Are you willing to take the plunge?
The training in 3 steps
The training to become a Smart Fish Instructor is very all-round and contains all aspects needed to start selfrescue swimming lessons yourself. After completing this training, you will be a certified Aquatic Selfrescue Specialist. This allows your swimming school to introduce more children to the Smart Fish Method! What can you expect of the training?
Online preparation
You start with an online preparation to gain all the necessary information. Videos of the program, lesson plans and information sheets contain all the theory you need to make a strong start in the water. The information is available visually, auditory and textually!
In water training
Are you well underway? Then you are ready for the 6-day In-water training! You will learn to coach children individually. Geboren Zwemmers takes care of children on all 5 levels and provides a safe learning environment. You will start immediately and we will provide you with all the necessary tools.
Summarizing
After the 6-day In-water training, a final and summarizing end presentation will follow. We go through all the information once again, but now based on your gained practical experience! After that, you can get started all by yourself! By gaining experience as a Smart Fish specialist, you will learn all the ins and outs in no time. Hanneke will be your helping hand and coach!
Spreading the method
To ensure an optimal learning curve, Hanneke will remain involved as your coach. During the preparation and the 6-day In-water training, you will lay a strong foundation. Subsequently, you will strengthen this base by gaining experience! Quick feedback from Hanneke in case of emerging questions, will help you to keep improving with huge plunges.
